Varun Dhawan and John Abraham’s Dishoom is running successfully in India and all over the globe. But the censor board from Pakistan has banned this movie from running in their country. Soon after the trailer was released this sort of action was expected from the censor board of Pakistan. In the trailer one can see that an India batsman got kidnapped just 36 hours before the India Pakistan match. And now they have officially banned the movie by saying that this movie shows Pakistan in a bad way. Read more: Dishoom Budget, Screen Count, Run Time and Economics
Really upset that #Dishoom is banned in pakistan. I don't think the film eventually shows any country in a bad light. It's a wrong decision

Although Varun Dhawan has clarified that this movie is not against Pakistan. He said,
“I would like to clear this. There is no negative reference against Pakistan or any community,” he explained. “It is a very positive representation. In fact, what we are trying to show is that for certain people, money is their religion. It’s not being an Indian, Pakistani, Hindu, Muslim or Christian. In the capitalistic world that we live in, money is the biggest driving force for most crimes.”
This action from Pakistani censor board will really hurt the producers. Because of the fact that Varun Dhawan is very famous in Pakistan and he enjoys a very big fan following from there. Some reports are also coming that some of the Gulf States are also not happy with the content of Dishoom. And Dishoom is having some censor problems from there as well. Anyhow the movie is running smoothly in the rest of the world. And good response is coming from all ends. People have appreciated the performance of young director Rohit Dhawan. And if we talk about John Abraham and Varun Dhawan than the audience have really enjoyed their action stunts.
